For the first time in the bank's history, i migrated all of the bank's brand assets online. Seem's like standard operation today, but when we attempted it, it took 6 months of meetings just to be allowed to do it. Built for a shoestring 80K, the intranet site allowed access to by the entire enterprise to images and identity components, as well as best practices demonstration examples from print to video. This made a huge impact on centrally managing the brand and gave all communications professionals–inside and outside the bank–a definitive and infinitely updatable resource. Naturally, my Brand & Advertising Creative Group curated new additions so as to mange the brand according holistic standards.
